Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do Day-to-day general administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment and visit to the factory on a regular basis.
∎ Identify training &development for team members to increase each employee's performance as per HBF.
∎ Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues.
∎ To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the employees to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
