Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Bengali, Linguistics, Education, Foreign Languages, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with professional language training, certifications, or proven teaching experience will be given preference.
Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
1–3 years of experience in language teaching or translation (preferred).Freshers with strong Chinese and Bengali communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent spoken Chinese and fluent Bengali (spoken & written).Ability to explain language concepts clearly and patiently.

Ltd., a renowned manufacturer and exporter of hair products, are seeking a highly competent, young, and energetic professional who will teach Bengali language to Chinese employees and Chinese language to Bangladeshi employees to ensure smooth and effective communication within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform additional responsibilities and advisory support as required by the company
Teach Bengali language to Chinese employees and Chinese language to Bangladeshi employees according to company requirements.
Prepare basic to intermediate level language lessons, focusing on daily communication, workplace conversation, and technical terms used in the factory/office.
Develop simple training materials, including vocabulary lists, conversation scripts, and practice exercises.
Conduct classroom sessions, group training, and one-to-one coaching as required.
Help employees improve listening, speaking, reading, and basic writing skills for effective communication.
Support day-to-day communication between Chinese and Bangladeshi staff when necessary.
Assess learners’ progress and provide regular feedback to management.
Adjust teaching methods based on learners’ language level and learning ability.
Maintain training attendance records and lesson plans.
Ensure a friendly, culturally respectful learning environment for both Chinese and Bangladeshi employees.
Follow company policies, training schedules, and management instructions.
