∎ Strong knowledge of Labour Law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of different certifications.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Good command of both written and spoken English.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.
∎ Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ HR Management: The individual will support the entire HR process of staff recruitment, attendance and performance monitoring, and employee’s KPI.
∎ Finance: The person must have good Microsoft Excel skills to undertake routine finance work such as monitoring miscellaneous expenditures.
∎ The ability to schedule and timetable will be essential.
∎ Monitoring employee Attendance.
∎ Schedule & facilitate employee Meetings.
∎ Supporting the employee hiring process.
∎ Supporting the assessment-related tasks (Question Paper collection/Printing/Filing etc.)
∎ Monitoring the calendars, and holidays and reminding employees of key dates.
∎ Communicating with employees via Phone/WhatsApp/Email.
∎ Employee Disciplinary Issues.
∎ Email communication with collaborators and other associates of the organization.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ Implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
∎ Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
∎ Talent Acquisition and Management:
∎ Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
∎ Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
∎ Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
∎ Enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
∎ Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently.
∎ Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
∎ Oversee HR administration tasks such as employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting.
∎ Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
∎ Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
∎ Supervise administrative staff and functions such as facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ General Office Administration: The individual must have experience in administering day-to-day office management, file updates and maintenance, equipment records, sending out office notices, and implementation instructions from the school authority.
