∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Good in English, both written and spoken.
∎ Skilled in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health sector.
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent in the pharmaceutical sector.
∎ Support management in performance management and employee development initiatives.
∎ Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
∎ Handle employee relations and work to resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
∎ Develop and administer HR policies and procedures tailored to our operational needs.
∎ Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
∎ Maintain HR metrics and reports to improve workforce productivity.
∎ Perform HR-related pharmaceutical works, including regulatory compliance and safety protocols relevant to personnel management in the pharmaceutical industry.
