∎ Proven experience in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
∎ Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D modeling.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g., cGMP, FDA guidelines) is desirable.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Designing, testing, and evaluating mechanical systems and components for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with other processes and technologies.
∎ Providing technical expertise and support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
∎ Conducting analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical failures to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
∎ Contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through the implementation of innovative mechanical solutions.
∎ Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
