Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all factory and corporate recruitment processes.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Monitor overtime and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing needs are met with high-quality candidates.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Comfortable using ERP systems for HR management and reporting.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven working experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging sector.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Proficiency in ERP systems.
