∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Prior experience in sales will get preference.
∎ 3-6 years’ experience in related Field
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
∎ Good knowledge on ERP Software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels.
∎ Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
∎ Achieve sales target And Contribute to the sales growth on a monthly basis.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
∎ Secure business deals by creating and successfully capitalizing business opportunities.
∎ Work independently and also as part of a team thus contributing in the performance of the company’s sales dept.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
∎ Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance.
∎ Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
∎ Collaborate with other departments
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
∎ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
∎ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
