Educational Requirements:
∎ Responding to all general HR queries from Showroom level, including team members, management, and parents of employees.
∎ Advise the Operations team on employment relations matters, managing grievance and misconduct claims in accordance with policy, including end-to-end investigations, and liaise with market officials when required.
∎ Manage salaried employee onboarding and off-boarding process and pre-employment checks of all new hires.
∎ Manage the recruitment process by advertising, sourcing and short-listing candidates for the Office, existing outlets, and new outlets.
∎ Create, update, and implement Company policies, HR forms, documents, and resources when required.
∎ General administrative tasks and other duties as required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
