Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare manpower budget, man power planning for Cluster factories;
∎ Responsible for overseeing all HR & Administrative functions of the factories;
∎ Implement HR initiatives and employee welfare programs at all units;
∎ Supervise on Job Descriptions, Job Specification and KPI (Key Performance Indicator;
∎ Review the Performance of all staff and workers at the end of the year and arrange for salary/promotion evaluation;
∎ To maintain & properly monitor grievance & disciplinary procedure among the workers & staff;
∎ To make good & peaceful relation among the factory management, top management & workers/staff;
∎ Ensure all kinds of health & safety issues within the law & company policy;
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR policies under Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards, etc.;
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in multinational companies at least 1 year to 1 year and 6 months;
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill;
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing;
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame;
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HRM;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies & Garments.
