Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, labor economics, enterprise management or related majors;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Human Resources Manager will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources activities for the Head Office.
∎ The HR Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative functions.
∎ The HR Manager will provide strategic guidance on HR to the Head Office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Dedication, good professional integrity and professional ethics;
∎ At least 7 years' working experience in human resources and administration; familiar with the knowledge and skills of personnel and office management;
∎ International perspective and cross-cultural communication ability, the ability to work with foreigner.
∎ Experience in international enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises or background of studying abroad will be given priority;
∎ Good teamwork, communication and coordination skills and writing ability;
∎ Fluency in English; the ability to carry out external work independently; proficiency in office software;
