∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
∎ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in managing employee records and HR documentation.
∎ Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
∎ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
∎ Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role for 2 years.
∎ Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: 335/B (5th & 6th Floor), Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka-1208, Bangladesh.
∎ Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
∎ Manage onboarding and off boarding processes, including conducting orientation session for new hires and ensuring proper exit procedures for departing employees.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain attendance record and prepared final settlement in regular basis.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
