Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Satellite TV

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day to day operational activities like attendance, leave, late, deductions etc
∎ Manage recruitment process including CV sorting, interview arrangement and others
∎ Prepare employment letters, monthly salary reports, certificates etc.
∎ Prepare monthly employees salary including salary requisition & bank forwarding's
∎ Organize and maintain employee/ personnel records, Update internal databases. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
∎ Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of HR manual/policy in the organization.
∎ Liaise with Government offices and other relevant agencies/ org. related to company's business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Major in HR or PGD in HRM is preferred.
∎ General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management
∎ Leadership skill and capability to manage team and expected to work in a challenging atmosphere.

Salary: Negotiable
