Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitoring Daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late Coming.
∎ Prepare interview schedule and assist recruitment and selection process.
∎ Prepare monthly vacancy list, hiring for any positions by using smart hiring process.
∎ Prepare training schedule arrange training as per schedule.
∎ To maintain CV bank and employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Conduct induction program twice in monthly with necessary co-ordination with logistics support.
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees.
∎ Assist to HR head to prepare monthly recruitment status/ budget, attrition rate and other HR reports with analysis.
∎ Coordinate with various department heads for their talent requirements.
∎ Coordinate to Payroll Management.
∎ Assist to employee joining, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and separation related and settlement issues.
∎ To implement the company policies/ procedures and execute any other HR related task assigned by line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Major in HR or PGD in HRM is preferred.
∎ General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management
∎ Leadership skill and capability to manage team and expected to work in a challenging atmosphere.
