Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (MBA in HRM will be a plus).

• Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the feed mill or manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
• Plan and execute training and development programs.
• Handle HR operations and maintain a positive work environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or feed mill industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
