Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs of various departments.
∎ Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
∎ Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
∎ Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
∎ Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
∎ Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
∎ Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and timely information.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
