∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Hands-on experience with Figma
∎ Basic understanding of Event Driven Programming, Browser APIs, DOM, Asynchronous Programming and PWAs
∎ Proficient in modern JavaScript features (ES6)
∎ Ability to code raw HTML/CSS and create responsive websites from design
∎ Understand the basics in Git, follow best practices in branching and committing
∎ Being able to create visually appealing user interfaces
∎ Knowledge of UX Patterns and Design Systems
∎ Understand modern CSS including Grid, Flexbox and Variables
∎ CSS Preprocessors and CSS Frameworks
∎ Understanding API development (Next.js / NodeJS / ExpressJS)
∎ Lighthouse Score, SEO and Meta Tags
∎ Design tools such as Figma/Framer/Sketch or similar
∎ Individual Capability of Dealing with a Single Project with a details oriented mindset
∎ Very excellent Sense of Teamwork
∎ Positive Attitude towards Work and Proper Utilization of Weekends
∎ Very good Sense of Accountability and Proactive Delivery
∎ Very good Sense of Discipline, Dress Code, Corporate Manner

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be able to translate requirements into mockups/wireframes and views in Figma
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and code elegant user experiences
∎ Assist with gathering user requirements through research methods like surveys or user interviews.
∎ Analyze research data to understand user needs and pain points.Translate user insights into initial design concepts and user flows.
∎ Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design ideas.
∎ Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine designs based on feedback.
∎ Clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders through presentations or mockups.
∎ Work effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering) to bring designs to life.
∎ Contribute to the visual design of interfaces, following design standards and branding guidelines.
∎ May use design software like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite to create mockups and prototypes.
∎ Prepare design specifications (e.g., style guides) for developers.
