Role Overview: As a mid-level professional reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be the guardian of the brand's visual identity. You will produce premium content for digital and print platforms, manage social media communities, and ensure a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Branding
Visual Assets: Create ad creatives, social media posts, brochures, presentation decks, and project launch banners.
Brand Standards: Maintain and evolve visual guidelines (typography, colors, and layout).
Print Media: Design high-quality property brochures and investor fact sheets.
Collaboration: Work with the Paid Ads Specialist for A/B testing and brief external photographers/videographers.
2. Social Media & Community Management
Content Planning: Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments/messages professionally; moderate paid ad interactions.
Performance: Track and report on metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Optimization: Stay updated on Bangladeshi market trends, hashtags, and platform features.
