Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to design engaging and user-friendly digital products. The ideal candidate should be able to understand user needs, translate them into intuitive designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

• Maintain and improve design systems and UI consistency

• Optimize user experience based on feedback and data insights

• Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, CSE, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile design projects

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
