Responsibilities & Context:
We are urgently hiring an experienced Fashion Designer for VITTORIO LUSSO’s female clothing brand Kashmira.
Fashion Designer – Key Responsibilities & Duties
Design commercially viable women's apparel collections aligned with Kashmira's brand identity and market trends.
Research fashion trends and develop seasonal concepts, sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets.
Select fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, trims, and accessories suitable for each collection.
Prepare fabric consumption and support product costing and material planning.
Coordinate with pattern makers, sample, sourcing, and production teams to ensure accurate product development.
Supervise sample development, fittings, corrections, and final sample approvals.
Ensure designs are production-friendly, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
Prepare technical artwork and production guidelines for prints, embroidery, and garment construction.
Maintain design records, seasonal collections, and product documentation.
Perform market research and contribute innovative ideas for new product development.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
