Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Visualizer who can transform ideas into bold, engaging, and high-impact visuals. Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Lead, this role will be responsible for executing creative concepts across digital and physical platforms, ensuring the brand looks consistent, distinctive, and visually compelling at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Marketing Visual Execution

• Create high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers

• Design launch creatives for new products and limited-time offers

• Ensure visual consistency across all social channels

• Create banners, thumbnails, and promotional visuals for app-based campaigns

• Adapt designs to different platform formats and requirements

Social Media & Content Design

• Design daily and scheduled content for social media platforms

• Create engaging posts, stories, reels covers, and platform-specific creatives

• Schedule and publish content on social media platforms

Print, In-Store & Offline Design

• Design menus, posters, flyers, packaging elements, and in-store branding materials

• Support visual needs for outlet campaigns and physical promotions

• Ensure offline materials reflect the same brand identity as digital platforms

Collaboration & Production Support

• Work closely with Brand & Marketing Lead for creative direction and feedback

• Assist during photoshoots, content production, and visual planning sessions

• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production

• Continuously explore new design trends and apply relevant ideas to the brand

Key Skills Required

• Strong portfolio in graphic design, visual communication, or related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar tools

• Good understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition

• Ability to quickly interpret briefs and deliver creative outputs

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus

• 3 years+ experience in related field

• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred
