Design, develop, and deploy a full-stack POS system from the ground up, integrating a robust Django backend with a high-performance Flutter mobile application. You’ll work closely with our product and design teams to create an intuitive, reliable, and feature-rich platform tailored for modern restaurant operations.

Technical Requirements:

Core Stack:

• Frontend/Mobile: Flutter (Android/iOS compatible, with smooth UI/UX)

• Backend: Python, Django/Django REST Framework

• APIs: RESTful API design, integration, and documentation

• Database: MySQL (optimization, scalability, and data integrity)

• Frontend (Admin Panel): jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with state management in Flutter

• Knowledge of real-time features (Web Sockets, Firebase, or similar)

• Payment gateway integration (bKash, Nagad, Stripe, etc.)

• POS-specific experience (inventory, order management, billing, reporting)

• DevOps familiarity (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP, Nginx)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop end-to-end features for the POS mobile app and admin dashboard

• Build secure, scalable REST APIs for mobile and web clients

• Optimize database schemas and queries for high transaction volumes

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces

• Implement role-based access control, reporting, and analytics modules

• Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability across the stack

• Integrate third-party services (payment, SMS, notifications, etc.)
