সৃজনশীল চিন্তা, নতুন আইডিয়া ও ডিজাইন করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
ফটোশপ, ইলাস্ট্রেটর বা অনুরূপ সফটওয়্যারে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
ইভেন্ট/কনটেন্টের জন্য পোস্টার, ব্যানার ইত্যাদি ডিজাইন করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
ই-ডিজাইন অভিজ্ঞতার অধিকারী হতে হবে
বেসিক ভিডিও এডিটিং জানতে হবে
