Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure end to end recruitment process starting from headcount requisition approval to employee on-boarding and orientation.
∎ Prepare monthly Salary Sheet and Payroll reconciliation report.
∎ Create and maintain employee profile, pay package, attendance and leave Management in ERP.
∎ Ensure Life Insurance & Medical Insurance for eligible employees, communicate with Insurance Company, Calculation of premium Quarterly/Yearly and Payment Processing
∎ Prepare & track employee confirmation, filling up the form, send notification to Line Managers and process accordingly.
∎ Run HR Operations that aligned with company policy and overall business strategy
∎ Prepare TA/DA advance report for sales team
∎ Assist HR Manager for conducting annual performance appraisal.
∎ Ensure employee separation and related documentation, Conduct off-boarding process, handover-takeover of office assets, ensure clearance from all departments. Process Final Settlement for left employees and ensuring FS Cheque disbursement as per policy.
∎ Prepare different HR reports as per management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent command over (Microsoft Office) & should have knowledge of ERP (Payroll) software system etc.
∎ Excellent communication skill in both English & Bangla
∎ Working experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.



Salary: Negotiable
