Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
∎ Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers
∎ Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
∎ Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
∎ Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
∎ Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
∎ Mange OA (office assistant) software for leave, transfer, new joining employee and job quite employees
∎ Manage disciplinary action procedure, grievance for keeping harmony between management and employee
∎ Reporting and following any other tasks assigned and given by top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advance Excel Knowledge
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Strong communication skill; both in English & Bengali
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
