  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in BBA / HRM / Management (Hons).

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or Administration.

  • Preferred: Experience in managing HR functions for a group of companies will be an added advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of attendance management, payroll, and recruitment processes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to plan and organize events and employee engagement activities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.

  • Strong understanding of Bangladesh labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and team-oriented mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage and monitor daily attendance and maintain proper employee records.

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, salary sheets, and related documentation.

  • Maintain employee files, leave records, and HR databases accurately.

2. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Prepare employee offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.

  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely hiring needs are met.

3. Employee Management & Development

  • Maintain proper employee communication and ensure HR policies are followed.

  • Oversee employee packages, benefits, and performance evaluations.

  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment through regular employee engagement activities.

4. Motivation & Culture Building

  • Plan and execute employee motivation programs and recognition activities.

  • Organize special occasions, office events, and staff tours to enhance team bonding.

  • Support management in developing strategies for employee satisfaction and retention.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies and labor laws.

  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review.

  • Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
