The HR executive will ensure that we continue our employee oriented culture while we keep growing.

∎ Department Retail || Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will directly report to the CTO.
∎ Plan, estimate, execute HR programs.
∎ Help running assessments/appraisals/evaluation programs.
∎ Be a thought leader in employee engagement and research ideas to incorporate into our culture.
∎ Evaluate existing tools, investigate, and suggest better HR toolings
∎ Develop/Maintain onboarding/show cause/termination processes.
∎ Develop and write documentations of the HR processes.
∎ Plan and prioritize relevant events at any given time.
∎ Keep learning and developing yourself throughout your great journey with us at Fiftytwo.
∎ Self-managed and self-driven to push limits of employee engagement to ensure the mission of the company stays on track.

∎ Proactive to suggest changes in existing processes, we begin work to improve ourselves and leave everything better than we found!
∎ Very good organizing skill
∎ Strong PC skills, aka MS Office, google docs etc.
∎ Any of the below are plus!
∎ You have worked in/with European or similar environment before.

Salary:
∎ Salary will definitely be industry competitive!
