We are looking for some dynamic and motivated young professionals for Siemens Healthcare Ltd. for the following position.
∎ Position Name: HR Business Partner
∎ Division / Business Unit :Human Resource
∎ Implement the local HR Strategy and HR initiatives and advise and support the management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement appropriate actions for HR strategy.
∎ Develop strategic workforce planning for the business taking diversity aspects into consideration.
∎ Maintain, develop and advise management regarding general HR topics, company policies and processes, based on local regulations.
∎ Support business for resource allocation and responsible for the management of related budget planning and HR reporting.
∎ Drive effective implementation of overall HR activities (e.g. recruitment, people development, employee relations, organizational development, compensation & benefits and change).
∎ Must have sufficient experience in managing employee benefit funds (e.g. PF, Gratuity, WPPF etc.) of the company.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and will be responsible for employee grievances and union related matters.
∎ Must be able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of the company.
∎ Perform day-to-day administration and communication of all HR related activities.

∎ 8-12 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
∎ Excellent problem solving abilities.
∎ Good team player with amiable personality.
∎ Counseling, negotiating and conflict management skills.
∎ Strong ability to cope with changing environment.
∎ Strong command on verbal and written communication.
