Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
∎ Compile and maintain employee records;
∎ Assist employees and applicants with a wide variety of Human Resources issues including, but not limited to, position vacancies, attendance, leave, benefits, settlement;
∎ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
∎ Organizing training activities, meetings, and in-house events;
∎ Create different HR Analytical reports;
∎ Perform related work as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
∎ Hands-on experience of HRIS or HRMS.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication.
∎ Strong enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
