∎ Retired Captain from Armed Forces/ Flight Lieutenant from Bangladesh Air Force.
∎ Proven experience in administrative and Safety & Security management or similar role, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to administrative operations and compliance.
∎ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day administrative activities, including mail distribution, office supplies procurement, transport, canteen and other facilities management.
∎ Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards, security vulnerabilities, and safety concerns within the organization.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and minimize the likelihood of accidents, injuries, or security breaches.
∎ Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance systems to detect and respond to security threats promptly.
∎ Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
∎ Provide safety & security awareness training to employees to promote a culture of vigilance and enhance safety & security awareness throughout the organization.
∎ Contribute to develop a safety and security culture within the complex by addressing and helping employees to address safety and security related issues.
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required.
∎ Monitor the leave, attendance, overtime of the Security Force.
∎ Dealing with incident as and when required.
