∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing and maintaining HR records and prepare periodical reports.
∎ Collect all training needs from the annual appraisals and compile them for assessment of annual training requirement, plan and design annual training calendar for employees and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training schedule.
∎ Updating organization charts, monthly reports, training calendars.
∎ Coordinate technical up gradation and project related training and other activities.
∎ Arrange and coordinate new hire orientation.
∎ Prepare Employment Contract, Induction Package, on boarding Announcement.
∎ Handles routine employee inquiries and information.
∎ New Hire and Exit Announcement and Coordination
∎ New Hire Survey and Probation Follow up
∎ Assist in overall spectrum of HR administration and activities
∎ Assist in employee relations activities and company events.
∎ Settle the final entitlements of employees.
∎ Set out targets and deadlines to complete the above scope of work.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
