Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor logs, ID cards, and ensure proper security protocols at the front desk.
Assist in scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and managing calendars when required.
Handle incoming letters, packages, couriers, and distribute them to relevant departments.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
Support HR/Admin in organizing office events, logistics, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies inventory for reception-related items and request replenishment when needed.
Monitor and maintain employee attendance/visitor access registers (if required).
Assist in guiding new employees, vendors, and guests as per company protocol.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to front desk operations.
Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
