Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelors related to Human Resources Management/any discipline or professional degree in HRM will be prioritized.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

∎ Under the supervision of the HR Officer, the HR Assistant ensures that the staff recruitment process are done smoothly. The position will be key in supporting the HR department to run effectively and efficiently by providing support to the existing team in times of surge and managing all aspects of HR Function.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibilities :
∎ Assisting payroll process as like collecting and checking attendance sheet, leave and final settlement process.
∎ Organize staff personal file according to guide line for documentation.
∎ All kinds of documents receiving, collecting and put in respective personal file.
∎ Facilitation orientation and workshop need basis.
∎ Leave management .
∎ Assist in staff recruitment process, communication, conducting induction for new staff.
∎ Preserve and maintenance of HR documentation & records for all staff, collecting joining documents, preparing contract paper, preparing and distributing ID cards.
∎ Taking care of the Medical cost reimbursement process by collecting medical documents, crosschecking the invoices, preparing final calculation and submitting to the payroll.
∎ Organizing the Employees support program arranged by the organization.
∎ Counsel and support the staff members and assist them with their enquiries regarding staff regulations and policies.
∎ Provide support to the HR manager and HR officers as required.
∎ Adherence to the HR Policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Know the legal, administrative and procedural process associated with the position.
∎ Ability to plan and respect deadline
∎ Prior Work Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources with INGO is required.
∎ Knowledge: Working knowledge on personnel policies and procedures,maintenance of filling systems and documentation management. Knowledge on Bangladesh labour law, 2006.
∎ Skills and Abilities: Organized, discreet, and people oriented. Possess strong communication skills (both oral and written), able to communicate with tact and diplomacy, and be able to work effectively with employees at all levels of an organization. Skills with MS Office applications -Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Language Proficiency: English and Bangla skills are required for writing and speaking

Salary: Tk. 39750 (Monthly)
