Share minutes of case management meetings with CM Technical Specialist.Conduct weekly supervision meetings with all case management assistants, providing technical advice on cases and psychosocial support to CM assistants. Facilitate peer-to-peer support groups where appropriate.Regular field visit to support individual cases when required and provide regular monitoring of all aspects of case management services.Review staff case load to ensure they are manageable and share challenges with CM Technical SpecialistMonitor timescales for response, decision-making, placement, follow-up, and review.Ensure access to material, logistical, and further technical support and set eligibility criteria for material and other support in the framework of the Emergency Case Management FundReview and analyze trends in case load using CPIMS+ to inform programmingConduct regular case file audit and ensure that protocols and principles are respected and that case workers use the IA CM forms and CPIMS+ effectively and safely.Organize case conferences with relevant stakeholders for high-risk and complex cases.Support the team to prepare BID report when needed.Ensure all the supervision tools are practiced with the CM assistants.
