∎ Knowledge of development and humanitarian work of the NGO sector.
∎ At least two years of significant experience in a similar position.
∎ Excellent writing, reporting and communication skills in English and Bangla.

∎ Flexibility.
∎ Responsive, motivated, and a great communicator.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This is a casual position and he/she will provide support in the absence of the HR Manager under the direct supervision of the HR Manager/Deputy HR Coordinator.
∎ Main responsibilities :
∎ Area 1: Recruitment
∎ • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, sharing CV with hiring manager to sort out a short list and scheduling test and interviews.
∎ • Coordinate recruitment campaigns for both internal and external hiring, ensuring adherence to organizational procedures.
∎ • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and assist in drafting job descriptions.
∎ Area 2: Test and interviewing
∎ • Coordinate and conduct initial test and interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring the process is fair, consistent, and in line with organizational standards.
∎ • Compile the score of test and interview.
∎ • Provide feedback to hiring managers on interview outcomes and assist in finalizing candidate selection.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of interview evaluations and candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
∎ Area 3: Onboarding
∎ • Prepare offer letter and employment contract.
∎ • Ensure all positive reference checks are collected and security screening is completed.
∎ • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are smoothly integrated into the organization.
∎ • Prepare and coordinate onboarding schedules, ensuring new employees receive the necessary information and training.
∎ • Ensure all onboarding documentation as per the check list of national staff file, including employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and compliance forms, are signed and filed appropriately.
∎ Area 4: Employee Relations and Engagement
∎ • Support in fostering positive relationships between the organization and employees by facilitating open communication and feedback mechanisms.
∎ • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
∎ • Assist in addressing employee queries regarding onboarding, job roles, or recruitment processes.
