  • Experience in the area of NGO sector;

  • Experience in similar projects will get preference;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill;

  • Candidates with extra-curricular activities and local universities of mentioned varsities are specially encouraged to apply.

  • Good computer skills on Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;

  • Proficient spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently;

  • Age limit: Age at most 30 years (Age may be considered for experienced candidate)

Experience and skill:

  • Minimum 1 year experience on relevant responsibilities.



Responsibilities & Context:

Reporting to: Project Coordinator

Project Duration: Initial period of 3 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the focal point between the project team and the university administration.

  • Coordinate with university departments, student affairs, and relevant offices to integrate SGBV prevention measures into campus policies and practices.

  • Facilitate communication between project partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.

  • Promote gender equality and respect through student clubs, debates, art competitions, and community dialogues.

  • Organize SGBV awareness campaigns, workshops, and training sessions for students, faculty, and administrative staff.

  • Support peer-to-peer education programs and student ambassador initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, participants, and outcomes.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on progress, challenges, and lessons learned.

  • Contribute to project evaluations and data collection on SGBV prevention activities.

  • Support planning and logistics for trainings, meetings, and events.

  • Manage project resources responsibly and in line with financial procedures.

  • Assist in the development of annual work plans and activity budgets.



Job Other Benifits:

    Salary : BDT 32,580/- (Subject to suitability of candidate)
