Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science

• At least 3 years

• Can take the ownership, responsibilities, and can perform on a team as well as individually·       

• Clear concept of Computer networks, Routing, NAT, Next gen Firewall, Load balancer, MRTG, ACL, proxy, Layer-3 Switches and any other required technology to manage a large Enterprise network·        

• Windows Server, Microsoft 365 operation & Microsoft cloud technologies along with PowerShell experience.

• 8-10 years of System/ Network Administration experience, including Server room management and large infrastructure management·    

• Experience of IT equipment inventory is needed, and project management experience is good to have·        

• Clear understanding of System & Networks is required, any relevant vendor certifications and experience with CISCO/ Extreme network equipment is preferred.·        

• Linux & Mac OS experience is good to have. Experience with ICT drawing and understanding of network architecture is required

Purpose:

Manage and be responsible for maintaining smooth IT operation, a large network where multiple locations are connected, and ensure dedicated IT support for over a hundred users.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage Data security / Server room/ HUB room environment and efficiently manage load balance/ failover between multiple WAN/ LAN

• Ensure the best availability of IT infrastructure in terms of Local Network, Internet, Servers, cloud and other IT resources solely and have active coordination with the field team.

• Ensure timely updates and identify if there is any system glitch or vulnerability

• Regularly check network utilization, Server resource utilization, MRTG, and send a report accordingly

• Maintain the Cyber security compliance of IT infrastructure and implement best practices, be aligned with the ICT policy, and having reediness of VAPT.

• Provide any kind of IT-related support/ assistance to the project staff from the office to the end user at the field level.

•  Manage and troubleshoot Active network equipment such as: Firewall, Router, L3 switch, ACL control, Wi-Fi controller, AP, etc.

• Vendor management for IT equipment repair, troubleshooting, installation, etc.

• Install and configure software, hardware, and network equipment as per the infrastructure required

•  Manage and troubleshoot on-premises Windows/ Linux servers as required. Server Virtualization in ESXI / Hyper-V.

• Administration, troubleshoot, monitor CCTV Cameras, NVR, Biometric attendance system, and other modern surveillance technologies

• Ensure backup of Firewall, Switch, Servers, and any other related System / Data

• Manage Microsoft 365 platform and Windows licensing, Secured Print Server, etc.

• Facilitate the training & Security Compliance: training staff on IT security best practices, data management, and new software applications.

• Manage User Account Administration: Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Active Directory and email systems.

• Asset & Vendor Management: Managing IT inventory (laptop assignment, asset registry) and liaising with external vendors for procurement, repairs, or service contracts.

• Implementing security protocols, managing virus protection, maintaining data backup/recovery procedures, and ensuring secure access to sensitive data. Along with this, perform as the data protection focal for the organization.

•  Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as a team member.
