Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) <www.ypsa.org> is an organization for sustainable development working in the greater Chattogram division including Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA is implementing a project titled “Climate Action At Local Level (CALL) project” at Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar. The project is supported by Solidar Suisse. YPSA invites applications from qualified female candidates for the following position:

Duration: 01 June 2026 to November 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange Court Yard meeting with the parents of the child labour.

• Organize field-based events in the child labour concentrated areas in chattogram city and Sitakund.

• Coordinate the internal and external visitor’s team

• Outreach activities in the child labour concentrated areas.

• Organize child labour to invite them for the vocational trainings.

• Ensuring the visit of the child labours in the counselling centers.

• Maintain accurate external and internal databases, trackers, attendance records, photo archives, and audio-visual documentation.

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and donor-specific narrative reports.

• Document case studies, human-interest stories, success stories, and key lessons learned for reporting and advocacy.

• Coordinate closely with project team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of information regarding report preparation and documentation.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Advocacy to support effective project implementation

• Monthly consolidated salary in BDT: 27,000/- (Initial)
