Responsibilities & Context:

Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) <www.ypsa.org> is an organization for sustainable development, working in the greater Chattogram division including Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA is going to implement the project " Advancing Scalable Solutions to Transform the Lives of Children on the Move: Play to Learn 2.0”. LEGO Foundation is funding the project through BRAC Bangladesh till November, 2027.

Duration: 16 Months.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Keep all office rooms, workstations, meeting spaces, restrooms, Project office all areas clean, organized, and presentable on a daily basis.

  • Ensure drinking water, tea/refreshments, and office supplies are stocked and readily available for staff and official guests.

  • Ensure electrical equipment, lights, fans, and office doors/windows are safely turned off and locked at the end of each working day.

  • Assist the Accounts and Admin Officer and Project Officers in loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing learning materials, play equipment, and office supplies.

  • Support the physical setup of training sessions, and official events (arranging chairs, tables, banners, sound systems, and participant refreshments).

  • Assist in periodic physical stock checks and moving inventory to/from camp learning facilities when required.

  • Carry out external office errands, such as delivering official letters, invoices, and documents to local administrative offices, bank branches, or partner organizations.

  • Operate basic office machinery (photocopier, printer, scanner, paper shredder) for project staff when needed.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/parcels and maintain a basic delivery sign-off register

  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for office visitors, directing them to the appropriate project staff.

  • Report any maintenance needs, damaged furniture, or safety hazards in the office immediately to the Accounts and Admin Officer.

  • Adhere strictly to YPSA’s Child Safeguarding, Code of Conduct, PSEA, and emergency safety protocols at all times.

  • Perform any other routine support duties assigned by the Accounts and Admin Officer or Project Manager.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open and professional relations with all the project team members

  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop YPSA programs.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Monthly Consolidated Salary: BDT 18,000/-
