Bachelor's in Business Administration, Development Studies, Economics, Social Science, or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum of one to three years’ experience with a proven track record in institutional/corporate and/or trusts and foundations fundraising within national or international development organizations.
Strong understanding of the institutional and phillantropy proposal/concept note and budget develpoment and demonstrated success in fundraising, donor relationship management, and donor reporting.
Experience organizing outreach activities (meetings, events, etc.) including excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build collaborative internal and external partnerships.
Ability to prepare fundraising communication materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and AI.
Knowledge on social business/blended financing is desired.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent in English writing and speaking.
Technical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AIs. Graphics designing in advanced software will get preference.
The Officer - Resource Mobilisation and Partnership is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager- Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships in all relevant activities - maintaining existing donor relationships and preparation of quality concept notes and proposals, as well as preparing high-quality reports and communication materials for both donors and Tdh HQ.
Specific responsibilities:
Regular scoping of possible call for proposals from institutional donors, major trusts and foundations and mapping of potential local and international private sector funding and technical partnership opportunities.
Conduct partnership assessments to identify potential local and international NGOs and consultancy firms, build and maintain consortia, and define Tdh’s scope of work.
Identify Tdh’s scope of work among the social business/blended financing calls and prepare a call synopsis.
Work alongside colleagues in grants capture, needs assessment, proposal development, Go/No analysis, due diligence screening and technical support to problem analysis, ToC and logical framework development, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, and submit to the donor within the deadline.
Ensure regular update of the grants follow-up toolkit with new and ongoing projects; migrating phased-out projects, funding pipeline, reporting calendar, donor and partner engagement database, and ensure all processes are completed as and when required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date income forecasts and trackers, and a reporting calendar, working with the team to identify and address deviations as needed.
Work with technical and support functions colleagues to ensure review and quality control of progress reports as per donor compliance, and to draft partnership contracts.
Prepare unique and interactive communications materials, social media posts, and summary reports for Bangladesh Delegation as per Tdh’s Global policy.
Salary: Annual gross salary BDT. 669,600
