Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Area 1: Programmatic & Field Implementation Support
Support planning, coordinating, and overseeing field-level implementation Community Clinics, Hnila Upazila Health Complex, and Tdh’s two PHCs.
Assist in day-to-day supervision of infrastructure-related interventions, ensuring activities are implemented in line with approved designs, work plans, technical standards, and timelines.
Support Climate Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (CVCA) processes across all supported health facilities, including preparation, field coordination, and documentation.
Coordinate with facility staff, contractors, and field teams to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and support timely resolution of implementation challenges.
Monitor field activities and maintain regular updates, field notes, progress trackers, and issue logs for management review.
Support develop training matrrials, delivery of trainings and capacity-building sessions for healthcare providers, CHWs, and community stakeholders.
Support community mobilization and awareness activities related to climate–health linkages, environmental sustainability, and resilient healthcare services.
Contribute to evidence generation and advocacy by documenting service gaps, operational challenges, and sustainability needs within healthcare facilities
Area 2: Stakeholder Coordination and Liaison
Organize and support workshops, coordination meetings, consultations, and review sessions with government authorities, health facilities, and partner organizations.
Support to maintain regular liaison with DGHS, UH&FPO, facility management committees, community representatives, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and coordination.
Support coordination with field-level stakeholders during infrastructure interventions to ensure local ownership and compliance with government standards.
Facilitate official and high-level visits to project sites, including preparation of briefings, logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Participate in technical coordination meetings, planning workshops, training sessions, and project review meetings.
Coordinate with the MEAL team and relevant government monitoring systems to align reporting, verification, and use of data for decision-making.
Collaborate with EEN and other relevant actors in Teknaf to promote synergy, avoid duplication, and enhance program complementarity.
Area 3: Data Collection, Assessments & Analysis
Support implementation of technical assessments, including Climate VCA, facility assessments, environmental audits, and WASH assessments.
Conduct field-level data collection through FGDs, KIIs, observations, facility surveys, and structured checklists.
Assist in data cleaning, compilation, and preliminary analysis for reporting and learning purposes.
Support facility-level carbon footprint assessments, energy audits, and energy-use monitoring.
Maintain energy and resource-use data logs and prepare monthly monitoring summaries.
Support implementation and documentation of low-carbon and climate-resilient solutions (e.g., solar systems, improved ventilation, WASH innovations).
Area 3: Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
Maintain Project Follow-Up (PFU) tools and support MEAL processes, including indicator tracking and field verification.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc progress updates and inputs for donor and internal reports.
Document trainings, workshops, meetings, site visits, and community events, including lessons learned and best practices.
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, action points, and field updates to the project team in a timely manner.
Area 4: Financial & Administrative Support
Support the Project Manager in initiating PRs, processing payments, settling bills, and tracking field-level expenditures.
Coordinate logistics for trainings, workshops, procurement processes, and field missions.
Maintain organized documentation, filing systems, and records related to project operations and compliance.
Ensure effective coordination with MEAL, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and other internal teams.
Area 5: Other Responsibilities
Support operational planning, budgeting inputs, and expenditure monitoring as required.
Remain flexible and undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the CRESH Project Manager.
