Experience:
Experience
At least 2 years’ experience managing or supervising health facilities.
At least 3 years’ experience in humanitarian or development health programs.
Experience working in Bangladesh is an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities :
The PHC Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Primary Health Centre. The role ensures the smooth delivery of services, provides effective support to staff, and upholds high standards of patient care. Additionally, the PHC Manager ensures that all activities are carried out in compliance with Tdh policies and established humanitarian standards.
Specific Responsibilities:
Manage Health Services
Lead and support all PHC activities.
Ensure OPD, maternal health, reproductive health, emergency care, and other services are delivered safely and with good quality.
Help design and review services based on community needs.
Support emergency preparedness planning.
Supervise and Support Staff
Guide medical and non-medical staff in their work.
Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and nominate staff for sector trainings.
Plan staff duty rosters, leave, and ensure attendance.
Complete staff performance appraisals on time.
Monitor Quality and Data
Conduct regular field supervision and monitoring visits.
Review service data and reports (DHIS2, EWARS, SRH, etc.).
Check accuracy of data collection tools and registers.
Share weekly and monthly updates with management.
Lead activity reviews, feedback sessions, and satisfaction surveys.
Manage Resources
Plan monthly needs for medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
Prepare purchase requests and follow up with logistics.
Ensure proper storage and stock management at the PHC.
Monitor the PHC budget and report monthly expenses.
Coordinate and Build Networks
Maintain strong communication with local authorities, CiCs, health partners, and community stakeholders.
Represent Tdh in field-level meetings.
Support advocacy by sharing lessons learned and good practices.
Coordinate with other Tdh teams (WASH, Child Protection, MHPSS, etc.) for integrated services.
Ensure Protection, Safety and Respect
Ensure all staff follow Tdh policies on child safeguarding, gender, diversity, and dignity.
Make sure beneficiaries are treated respectfully and safely.
Ensure staff have proper protective equipment.
