∎ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
∎ Experience in projects with a focus on climate change adaptation, disaster resilience, or health systems strengthening.
∎ Familiarity in designing and overseeing research activities, including data collection, analysis, and applying research findings to program design and implementation.
∎ Experience working in rights-based programming with vulnerable populations and other stakeholders experiencing health and protection concerns.
∎ Education / Qualifications:  Master’s degree in environmental science, Public Health, International Development, or a related field
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
∎ Experience in projects with a focus on climate change adaptation, disaster resilience, or health systems strengthening.
∎ Familiarity in designing and overseeing research activities, including data collection, analysis, and applying research findings to program design and implementation.
∎ Experience working in rights-based programming with vulnerable populations and other stakeholders experiencing health and protection concerns.
∎ Languages: Excellent in English and Bangla speaking and writing skills.
∎ IT Knowledge: Ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage detailed work plans for implementing the project, including timelines, resource allocation and risk assessments.·
∎ Ensure the delivery of activities according to the project implementation plan, including coordinating with Tdh’s Health Project Manager and the local Government health authorities regarding infrastructural improvements at the targeted health facilities.·
∎ Oversee research components of the project including adaptation and implementation of the Climate-VCA methodology in two Tdh-run PHCs in Cox’s Bazar, to ensure evidence-based planning and interventions.·
∎ Ensure that data collection and analysis are carried out according to ethical standards and contribute to the project’s knowledge base.·
∎ Collaborate with Tdh’s MEAL team to undertake needs assessments and ongoing monitoring, and  incorporate research findings into ongoing programme adjustments and future project design.
∎ Serve as the budget holder for the project, overseeing financial planning, expenditure, and reporting processes.·
∎ Conduct regular analysis to ensure alignment between budgeted and actual expenses, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.·
∎ Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of project expenditure, adhering to financial policies and procedures.
∎ Reporting and compliance:·
∎ Ensure quality reporting to donors, Tdh’s HQ, and the NGOAB (Non-Governmental Organization Affairs Bureau) on project progress, achievements, challenges and financial management·
∎ In coordination with CAA and ICDDR-B, lead the organization of the final project learning and dissemination workshop and prepare a comprehensive “capitalization” report.
∎ Coordinate with relevant authorities at the district and community levels to enhance implementation, acceptance, and ownership of project interventions, including organizing the kick-off initiation workshop and the mid-term stakeholders’ worksshop.·
∎ Represent Tdh in meetings and forums related to climate change, healthcare, and community resilience in Cox’s Bazar and Teknaf.·
∎ Build a compelling, contextual narrative around the local relevance of climate resilience in healthcare, highlighting both the urgency and value of this work for various stakeholders.·
∎ Act as a "translator" for stakeholders, reframing known health issues through a climate lens and advocating for the importance of environmental care within humanitarian healthcare.·
∎ Represent the project in external meetings and forums on climate resilience and healthcare.
∎ Conduct all duties following the Tdh Global Code of Conduct and Risk Management Policies, including Tdh's Child Safeguarding Policy.·
∎ Ensure that humanitarian principles and child protection standards are integrated into project activities to safeguard the well-being and rights of children and vulnerable populations.·
∎ Intellectual property related to the project belongs to Tdh, and any publications based on project findings require prior approval from the supervisor.
∎ Project management & oversight:·
