Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and maintain HRIS, records and documentation.
∎ Maintain attendance & leave Management.
∎ Responsible for verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll. Prepare different types of payroll reports.
∎ Prepare monthly Payroll and Employee Database.
∎ Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct exit interview and employee final settlement of outgoing employee and prepare report for management.
∎ Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter and letter for appreciation and improvement employees’ performance.
∎ Liaise with Operation Head and HODs to align HR services.
∎ Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
∎ Assisting in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
∎ Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and training records.
∎ Managing the HR database and ensuring the accuracy of employee information.
∎ Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare of HR reports and metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and diversity metrics.
∎ Perform payroll-related work using payroll software such as salary sheet preparation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
∎ Jon Context:
∎ As a Senior Executive, HR personnel will be responsible for supporting and executing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business objectives. This role involves handling end-to-end HR activities such as talent acquisition, payroll management, performance management, and general HR operations. The Senior Executive will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
