∎ BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from any recognized University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM, Labor Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are in the process of seeking a competent and committed individual to a play a dynamic role as HR Assistant. You will mainly be responsible for:
∎ Supporting the talent acquisition process.
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of the onboarding & off boarding process.
∎ Update the relevant HR information database on a timely & accurate Manner.
∎ Responsible for maintaining HR personal files & related documentations.
∎ Assisting with training & development.
∎ Assisting with organizing & implementing employee activities & events.
∎ Responsible in monitoring, analyzing and preparing daily staff attendance report.
∎ Involving in adapting best practices transmitted from the HR Team in the Head Office (Sri Lanka).
∎ Assisting the Assistant Manager - Administration & Compliance to execute day to day tasks of the HR function.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 02-03 years' work experience in a similar capacity.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:

∎ HR Database Management /HRIS
∎ Knowledge on ERP Management System.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law.

∎ Proficient in Microsoft
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ An attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits in keeping with ability and experience will be offered.
