Educational Requirements:
∎ Desirable finance, business or administration related diploma.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ACCOUNTABILITIES :
∎ Enter data into the HR databases (expat per diem tracker, leave tracker, visa tracker) and personal files and keep them up-to-date in order to facilitate HR processes management.
∎ MSF SECTION/CONTEXT SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
∎ Support the PAM (for Expatriate Staff) in all expat related files to comply to the registration of the expatriates in the country.
∎ Ensure and follow-up on visa extension for a legal stay in the country.
∎ Maintains arrival/transit/departure docs & briefing docs and updates as necessary
∎ Plan and organise domestic and international travel arrangements according to needs and justification.
∎ Organising required processes for the arrival and departure of international staff in the country, including briefing and debriefing
∎ Organising EOM processes for Dhaka and KAM staff (EOM forms, debriefing, and flight tickets)
∎ Being responsible for all administrative tasks required for personnel transiting through the capital (incl. transportation, briefings, financial matters and lodging)
∎ Organising visa run and visa overstay arrangements for expats, including arranging travel and accomodation, calculating and submitting visa fee requests and per diem, and communicating arrangements with expats
∎ Processes expat holiday flight allowance reimbursement based on ticket and past allowance disbursement, submits to finance
∎ Ensuring proper management of guesthouses (furniture, cleaning, food)
∎ Supervising domestic staff and receptionist in Dhaka, including planning needs, training/induction, evaluation, and development of staff
∎ Supervising the receptionist in preparation of per diems, modes of communication, and housing/rooming assignments
∎ Be the back up of the PAM for ongoing follow-up of visa processes and managing the visa unit in the PAM's absence.
∎ Support general administrative tasks when required by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Essential previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs.
∎ Desirable experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries.
∎ Language : Fluent in English.
∎ Knowledge : Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
