Educational Requirements:
∎ HR, business or administration related diploma.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under supervision of the HR Coordinator/Personnel Administration manager/Project HR Manager, manage personnel files in order to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments.
∎ Updating the HR database and personal files to facilitate HR process management.
∎ Preparing employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local labour and fiscal law compliance.
∎ Preparing monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll.
∎ Calculating final settlement payment and drafting all necessary documents for settlement, under supervision of the PAM (NS)
∎ Making all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meetings, etc.),
∎ Supporting the HRCo/Project HR Manager in translating documents into local language and assisting in meetings upon request.
∎ Keeping record of the national staff annual leave, updating in the HR database, and following up with supervisors on planning of leave
∎ Actively support in recruitment processes including contacting candidates, organizing tests and interviews, and briefing of MSF policies and procedures
∎ Additional HR/ Admin tasks as delegated

∎ MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities:
∎ Liaise with finance to ensure proper tax calculation and payment
∎ Preparing income tax certificates and copies of challans to distribute to staff
∎ Under supervision of the HRCo and finance audit referent, generates and prepares all necessary HR reports for NGO registration and audit reporting for national and international staff
∎ Maintain a training tracker and L&D reporting for Dhaka coordination office
∎ Provide support for trainings, including space rental, materials, hotel and food needs, etc.
∎ Organizing regular National Staffs meeting, in consultation with PC and HR Manager
∎ Provide monthly reporting to department supervisors on performance evaluations, trainings, and leave
∎ Provide staff orientation/induction for all new staff
∎ Liaise with Coordination office in Cox's Bazar and Dhaka to, monitor visas and organize travel/movements for national and international staff.
∎ Support HR Manager in daily management of the domestic Cooks and Cleaners
∎ Keep track of Daily Worker and Volunteer pool and ensure timely delivery of administration to finance department for payment
∎ Support Managers and Supervisors on DW and Volunteer management to ensure adherence to MSF guidelines
∎ Management of MSF visibility items according to MSF property policy
∎ Support general administrative tasks when required by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Essential: previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs.
∎ Desirable: experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries.
∎ Essential: Oral and written English and Bengali, Chittagonian/Burmese desired
∎ Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
