  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Smart, honest, punctual, and well-organized.

  • Knowledge of labor law and HR practices will be an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Flixza Group is a growing group of companies looking for a smart, responsible, and energetic HR & Admin professional to support our Human Resources and Administrative operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, administrative capability, and the ability to handle office coordination effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Prepare HR letters, notices, warning letters, and official documents.

  • Coordinate office administrative activities and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Monitor office discipline, staff punctuality, and company policies.

  • Handle employee file management and maintain confidentiality.

  • Support payroll, office logistics, and staff coordination.

  • Communicate with different departments regarding HR & Admin matters.

  • Maintain office assets, inventory, and documentation.

  • Perform other HR & Admin related tasks assigned by management.
