  • Preference will be given who have similar job experience in the Club Line.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Vast knowledge about HR strategy, HR Policies, Documents & Records.

  • Ensuring compliance across the organization’s goals and objectives.

  • Vast knowledge about Job Analysis, Manpower planning, Separation, Final Settlement.

  • All process of Recruitment, Selection, & Hiring process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting job offers to onboarding.

  • Practice Company & Labor law.

  • On Job training & development of operational staff and conduct the motivational activities.

  • Check of Leave, Attendance, Absenteeism, Salary Sheet, Compensation & Benefits.

  • Disciplinary activities, Grievance handling, Employee Turnover with remedy.

  • Payroll Management, Skills development, and Succession Planning.

  • Protocols, entertainment of all guest.

  • Co-ordinate and ensure administrative support to all regulatory and statutory requirements of Company.

  • Work about employee engagement and organizational development.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including HR database.

  • Facilitate organizing events such as Election, AGM and other meeting

  • Coordinate with departmental Head to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions and job specifications.

  • Reporting to the Club Secretary for day to day affairs.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
