Responsibilities & Context:
- Greeting club members/customers and escorting them to their tables.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverage.
- Providing menu information and answering questions about dishes.
- Ensuring members/customers are satisfied with meals and services.
- Handling payments and processing credit/debit card transactions.
- Setting and clearing tables, including utensils and glassware.
- Ensuring that the dining areas are presentable.
- Collaborating with kitchen staffs to ensure that orders are accurate and timely.
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of members/customers.
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials to increase sales.
