Responsibilities & Context:
- Create and develop menus that include a variety of high standard dishes.·
- Train and supervise kitchen staffs, ensuring that they follow health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring and managing a fresh and high quality food supply and manage the inventory·
- Prepare dishes using various cooking methods including grilling, baking, and sautéing.
- Follow the food presentation and ensure that the dishes are served at the correct temperature and correct manner.
- Manage kitchen operations and establish policies and procedures efficiently.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the restaurant is supplied with quality products.
- Work with front-of-house staff to ensure positive guest experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
